just finished my online application to frsc on their website and when I clicked on my print data page, I noticed that my phone number had been replaced by the number I put as my next of kin phone number and in the box for my "next of kin phone number" I saw the text "label".

when I tried clicking again to print data page, all the information has cm hanged to 'label' Please did anyone experience this issue.

Click on applicant , then with the name & been sent to your mail
