Don't sweat about it......I used a different address from my own school in my TB certificate....if the ECO needs clarification on that address he/she will call you or you will be sent a mail....just go ahead with your application....

Go to the IOM centre, they will change the details for you for a fee of N8,500. It will be done immediately, u don't need a prior appointment for that.

Start filling when it's convenient but you can only submit when your statement has reached 28days else you are on your own.

Good evening, do you have to wait for your POF to complete 28 days before you start filling out your visa forms? Or can you start any time and wait for the completion of 28 days before you pay your IHS, Visa fee and then submit.

Start recounting 28 days when your money is complete.

Hertfordshire is horrible with response, that is one school that can tell you after 3 months that they never saw your documents. They have one of the most clueless and arrogant school reps in Nigeria as well.
If you want a faster response you have to keep calling the school constantly

Do an affidavit that addresses the error or get it change if you have time.

Its really not an issue, but if a buffer of a day or two makes you sleep better then for the sake of sanity you can wait, Otherwise its pretty much straight forward,28 days is counted backwards from the date of your closing balance and the the final day backwards should not be the day the deposit of funds was made.

Any money you use for maintenance (course fees and living costs) must be in your or your parent(s)' for a consecutive period of 28 days (finishing on the date of the closing balance).

During the 28-day period this money cannot drop below the required amount for even 1 day or you will not meet the Home Office requirements and your application will be refused.

28 days will be counted back from the closing balance and the closing balance cannot be more than 31 days old on the date of application.

If your finances are confirmed in a letter then the letter and the closing balance cannot be more than 31 days old on the date of application.

The date of application is usually the date you submit and pay for your online Student Visa Application and not the date you maybe required to show your financial documents.

I was under the impression that Tier 2 Health and Care visa takes a shorter time than usual and this is already 10 working days.

Most times decision on health and care visa is dependent on the start date stated on your certificate of sponsorship.
10 working days is awfully long for a health and care visa, however be rest assured that the success rate for this category of visa is averagely 99.23%. You will definitely get a positive reply in due time

I have already booked my flight for Nigeria will apply from Nigeria. Please my only confusion now is do I have to go for a TB I saw on the site if you are 6months less in a country that requires TB and if you are 6 months more in a country that does requires

The interpretation of the 6months ish is actually tricky... I would strongly advice you do the TB test if you have the money and do get an available date; however, you can also apply for your visa without the TB screening, if you are sure Dubai is exempted from TB screening. GOOD LUCK DEAR
