Dad surely can't get MBS for a pension and I don't think it can be used as a tenable POF ,rather an establishment/investment.(I stand to be corrected).

Concerning the fixed , I think it's better liquidated but if it's going to be left as fixed then a letter should be gotten from the financial institute stating the details of the said and most importantly that it can be liquidated as at when needed.

I heard they are no longer giving the vaccine until end of August or September. Any idea if that’s true ?

The best way to find out is to go to the nearest PHC/LGA Council and make enquiries.

IMHO, I think it is possible because the batch of the vaccine I received on 21st June 2021 expired on 9th July 2021. So new vaccines may be available around August/September. Pls see attached, that’s my vaccination card.

So they have revoked the previous ission and given me a new ission letter and New tuition fee receipt and Co-op letter. It looks exactly as the previous one except that the Campus was changed and Total tuition fee differs. This new one is a lot cheaper by about CAD6000.

Thanks for this awesome landing gist. If you don't mind i have a few questions. I noticed you still did a three-day stop over despite being vaccinated, I would like to know if this is necessary?

Also you talked about a refund, please can you explain what that was for.

Hopefully I'll be fully vaccinated before travelling and I'm just wondering if it's still required to make the hotel reservation at my port of entry.

I also got my vaccine same day as yours but they put 12weeks on mine as next appointment and not 6weeks like yours they said I could come back and take it 2/08 only for me to hear they are no longer taking vaccine till when they open again which is end of august or September.. I'm just sad that seeing that people are getting medical request from IRCC and can't do until Late August. Knowing that medical result wouldnt be ed till 3-10days later. Again, our Oga - IRCC will now use like 3-5days to make decision. That is like 15-20days after medical is done before any of PPR can be gotten from IRCC.

People that are getting medical now, assuming upfront has been done, it would have been PPR.

Now, PPR con scarce. Medical requests up and down.

I don't know about now, but as at early 2020.. I know of some ma peeps who didn't pay a dime for school fees prior to getting to Canada and they were allowed entry into Canada... So far you have enough money in your SOA to pay your full school fees and take care of yourself all though your stay in Canada, that shouldn't pose a problem for you.... Anyone that has been in this condition of recent can also share their experience.. Peace

To those that have been asked to do medical I have a trick for you. Choose that date you're seeing and make sure you fill the form till you get to the payment page. When you get to that page don't pay just keep that page like that. Now open another tab and keep checking Qlife, I noticed they always bring new spaces for those date they have filled before.

I did this and it worked for me. Don't take me for my words you might be lucky too.

Hello guys, i posted earlier on this thread that I was looking for an early appointment date at iom abuja and i had previosly dropped my email here for anyone going to Nova scotia to me via email. someone got my email and emailed concerning the medical appointment. He emailed me claiming there was a slot for 19th of august available, i believed initially but decided to check the appointments online because when i booked 19th was not available. I did so and saw that 19th wasn’t available. He had already started being persuasive for me to send my port number and full name on my port as it is stated on it. I found this behavior very fishy and disturbing because he became very persuasive that he was trying to help me book online that from his end he can see an open slot for 19th. Now idk for sure what the intention is/was but I immediately knew it wasnt good.

Please do not give anyone details on your port. Especially your port number, putting this out here because there are people going through this thread and looking for how to collect information for their use. This person emailed me immediately they saw my comment here so please be careful. They are here.
