It’s a business visit visa, no work permit granted.
You can perform work activities for the duration of the visa. But you can’t earn money while in Canada.
And the sponsor company need to provide evidence that they’ll provide accommodation and all financial form of assistance during your stay.
At least this was my case for my US business visa I got. It’s really no different to Canada

To be honest, we can all predict and guess till it happens but the truth is no one really knows. The pool is literally full right now and it’s take some time for the numbers in it to reduce. No one can say if it’ll be by cut off date or cut off mark. Best advice is to just try to max out where you can.

Please, when I apply for PR and state that my spouse is non accompanying, will I be able to change it to spouse accompanying after getting NOI from any province?
NOTE-- I want to apply as spouse non accompanying because my spouse is not able to improve my CRS score she is dragging it down to to 461 because she only have SSCE certificate.

I think “dragging down” is an unfair word. You can select non-accompanying for now but the question is which province are you interested in?

I plan to use Gift deed when i get to the stage of POF but I am saving part of the money myself but I don't know if it'll be completed before then, when someone want to send me a gift deed does it have to be the full amount or the person can just send the remaining to balance it up

Gift deed for the balance you are getting is fine

If you are sure of getting NOI from any province, i believe that 461 is enough. I got NOI from Ontario with 458

She does not have to know anyone there. However, I think it's best you do not just say it like that. In her letter of intent, she can write why she wants to live in Ontario, why Ontario is a good fit for her, and include some jobs she has applied to in Ontario.
