Whatever business you decide to start, ensure it meets the following qualities:

1. It is in high demand e.g Food stuffs, food, water, etc.
2. There are alot of people to buy them everyday (or use them daily)
3. The total cost of doing it does not exceed total revenue in anyway. This way, you will gain some profit in no time no matter how small.
4. You must restrain yourself from using the product without paying.
5. Protect it and yourself from theft
6. Does not require govt. poke nosing too much into it at the early stage.
7. Have integrity. It is important
8. Start a business that doesnt need you to rent a shop for now.

#100k is not a big money for some but for others, it is all they require to launch out and become billionaires in few years time.

If you live in a rural area in Ekiti. Seek out owners of virgin lands. They will be happy to have you occupy it while they are not using it. They could lease 1 acre to you for 5k or less, lease like 4 acres. Then prepare the land for Vegetable planting, in 3/4months harvest it and sell.
