Things you should note before ing a name, they include but not limited to:

1. Don't take Estibot value or appraisal seriously. It is okay to check the domain statistics, nothing more. If you go through the recent sales on this thread, you'd notice that 90% of them were valued at less than $100.

2. Don't a domain name because you "love it." Reality will smile at you when you're unable to make a sale. Follow the due procedures and assess the usability of the name before paying for it.

3. Check the city's population as this might be a determinant factor in picking up a name. A population of 100,000 and above is considered okay.

4. Check the sales of related or similar name on Namebio/king or DomainIndex/king (also serves as an appraisal tool) or even this thread.

5. Go to Archive.org (wayback machine) to ascertain what the name was used for in the past. Some domains were used for spamming or porn sites. No end wants that!

6. If the wayback machine's result returns positive, head over to Google and type the name in the search with quote ("". to remove the .com in order to get optimal result.

Flip the search by removing the quote this time. Check the number of sites using the keywords in your domain. This would determine the number of end s available to you.

7. Go to Google Maps and type in the domain name without the .com. Count the number of businesses offering similar service and note them down.

8. Visit Facebook and type the same keyword(s) to get prospects.

9. Merge the number of the Google search result, Facebook result, as well as the Google Maps result to get your total end-s.

10. Manually or automatically harvest the end s' emails and start pitching them.

Read more, research extensively, and pick up valuable names. Ultimately, put God first and seek his blessings.

There are names I sold after praying to God for mercy and favour and their are also good names I trusted that will sell quickly because of the big cities involved that are still smiling at me from my laptop and mobile screens. What's the point of all this reading, learning, spending hours on ED and NamePros then? How about we all just buy any shitty domain that we can get, park it somewhere and let grace do the job of selling it for us, since you think almost 100% of domaining is “Grace”.

I agree that grace, luck or chance is involved is domaining. Maybe 70%ef/30%gr.

You cannot just undermine the value of the efforts that goes into buying good names and selling them by asg 5%. I mean, just 5 percent? If its true that domaining is 95%gr/5%ef then what's the point of this thread? What's the point of NamePros? Why do domainers go around the Internet looking for and devouring every bit of info they can find. Why do people, even on this thread, send up to 500 emails for one domain when they could've just sit back, relax and let grace take over.

Hello bosses in the house please I would like to know how you guys prevent your sales letter from going to spam I've noticed that when ever I create a new sales letter and check for spam trigger words after doing that and sending to my test email most times this mail lands in my inbox but after outbounding with this sales letter for some time it begins to go to my spam when I send it to my test email.How do you go around this do create new sales letters on the go or you keep using it that way..please I'd love to hear your opinion on this
