Thanks boss, it is a 3s96p [12v 250ah] system. The fan is to provide cooling for the bulk converters as I can't seem to find a charge controller with a low enough voltage to charge it. The maximum charging voltage is 12.4v.

I got a brand new 1.2kva modified sine wave inverter and a 220ahs tubular battery 2 weeks ago (both are mpower product). I normally charge it with nepa light since I can't afford solar s yet, last week I used it and it beeped that the battery is low after which I put it off, I charged it with Nepa light for 11hours at 20A but to my greatest surprise it didn't use up to 15mins, the inverter display is indicating charging when connected to Nepa light but the battery bar on the inverter display isn't increasing, please what could the problem be

Why did you go 3S?

A 4s system voltage of 16.8v will be too much for my inverter, can still manage a voltage range of 12.4v to 10.0v for the 3s system

Nope, will do that when I have the time but so far so good, the batteries are holding up

Your inverter is IS NOT CHARGING get a multimeter to confirm.
