I have chose the school because they have wealth of experienced Prof., most especially in my engineering field i will major and the they work closely with the researchers in the industries. The PHD programs in the school are recognized as high research activities. ALL programs in the school are of global standard and they are all accredited. The school is well known and ranked one of the top schools in US.

ME. I work as the head of powder coating/Powder coating manager department in my company.

mE. It is part of the money available to me as i have secured GA position. That is where the issue start from. Tuition differential is appearing under funds available for me. Total funds i need is $41,357 and deficit of $423 and funds available is $44,937. My personal funds is $4000.

In my I-20, UNDER FUNDS AVAILABLE I HAVE PERSONAL FUNDS $4,000,TUITION DIFFERENTIAL $12,879 AND ON CAMPUS EMPLOYEMENT IS $28,453.THEY ARE ROUND FIGGURE,NOTE THIS IS INFORMATION IS FOR THE READER, NOT TO THE V.O.

Ur reason for why d school and the program are not strong enough. Let ur first few sentences answer the VOs question before u continue with the other ing stories. But believe me ur reasons are not strong OR let me say the way u delivered ur points was weak. Establish how the program will help ur career when u get back and try to go straight to the point. Ofcourse for F1 visa at that age(except u r a lecturer in Nigeria OR u r going for MBA or ur company is sponsoring you), u have a lot of convincing to do, and its not about how much u say BUT the quality of what u say and how u deliver ur points.
Are u also sure, what u filled in previous DS160 doesnt contradict what u filled now.

Sorry about the denial. I noticed you talked to much but mostly spewing word that doesn't connect and very generic.

Are you married?

I am married with three kids. This is a yes or no response. You mentioned three children and you encouraged the VO to ask another question on the children. Also, does what you filled for your B1/B2 application tally in times with your F1. Do you have three children then too? Even with full ride scholarships the 3 children tells the VO you have lots of responsibility & I am not sure you had full ride cos I noticed you mentioned personal savings. To be sincere a lot of things needs to be set right if you choose to go for another interview. The US embassy is not where to rush to but address the possible red flags before reapplying & you also didn't help yourself by not posting the school. I am sure if you are going to an ivy league you would have posted...lol

One last question, is it proper to say self sponsor, even if you have full or part scholarship in the form or at interview? Do one really need to present Proof of funds more than one year if he is on G.A?

Oh! No wonder. The school doesn't have history of great approvals at the Embassy. There was a lady I worked on her application who was approved going to this school this fall. I have seen a fewer transcripts that a VO ask so many questions before her approval. Though I referred her to read old transcripts that is where the real questions are & I took her through several mocks involving tough questions,easy questions and psychological questions like a VO assuming you know the school & asking you questions to put you under pressure.Infact,TAMUK that rarely funds until you touch base has better approval ratings. Umich Ann Arbor & the schools at East Lansing is nice. If you have full scholarships you dnt say self you can put the school but if you have a deficit you can put self as someone covering the deficit. If you are on GA you may need to present. This is because you may be offered full GA or half GA and it doesn't cover tuition. However if you have a GA with tuition waiver and stipends that covers your total cost you dnt need an SOA except you are going with dependents. Also, since in your last interview you mentioned you have three kids you will need to show an SOA that shows you are loaded. Because, it is clear to the VO that you have responsibility. Also, the VO may ask about what your wife is doing you should be able to convince the VO that your wife has an excellent source of income. Best!

On 25th June(Friday ) ; they messaged that my port was ready for up but I left it till Monday before I picked it up.

I didn’t do as if it was a do or die affair, i was very calm because i had the mindset of it’s not the end of the world and I also have other opportunities here , so if it works fine and if it doesn’t fine , life continues.

I have never posted here but I’ve been following this thread since January and I learned a lot from transcripts.
