That's what most we online vendors face on a daily basis. Unreasonable questions, stupid questions, rubbish requests just because of the outdated mantra that customer is always right.

I need an accommodation at Ketu side(preferably room and parlor self contain).Anyone moving out(in a nice apartment) between October to December 2021 should please hit me up. I wont mind paying agency and commission for the apartment. I don't want to go through Agent stress.

With all due respect that question is unnecessary. Just do the research yourself and let it guide you in negotiating. It would take a lot of restraint from me not to respond harshly if you asked me that question.

It might be an oversight because I don’t know the situation the customer is in, while making the enquiry. I still take my time to reply. Nobody is doing anyone a favour, either vendor or customer. Customers too need to understand vendors are humans and not robots without feelings. Its not an excuse but customers need to improve on the way they talk to vendors. Sometimes the process of negotiating over an item with several people can be tiring and draining. Again, no excuse for unprofessional replies
