The $160 MRV Fee for F1 Students can be paid at any GTBANK in Nigeria in naira using #420 to $1. Equivalent is #67,200.
Your Int'l port will be required.

Just send the scan of the biometric page of your port to the person, the correct visa category and of course, the fee.
The person should be able to go to GTbank and pay it for you.

Also, you are free to “buy a date”… just be expecting to be denied. I wonder why you didn’t just apply with your spouse in the first place.
