Femi kuti and sunny ade deserves the grammy then, but there is too much politics surrounding the grammy award........if you understand the music business or industry....

But the grammy award now has taken a new face....there are more artists coming out africa, especially nigeria....due to their creativities.......and most of their music are always sold out, crowded concerts and generating huge incomes in Usa, UK, africa and other western countries where many nigerians and other africans resides......so lots of foreign producers, managers etc are all smiling to the bank.....

LOL. But a lot of people claimed he wouldn't get the grammy (the trumpet) award itself but a certificate of recognition.

He didn't just feature on the song, he co-wrote the song as well, so he is getting the award for his own efforts, not just because of Beyonce. So life is not a competition, give the guy his due respect... Las las, he and Burna are cool friends.
