I thin they said no more cash payment again from June 1, how come you pay 35k and additional 10k..... If it's the same procedure DIY that is fill it online.... Why collecting 35k from you and 10k again making 45k.... Wetin and upon that 2 month ... For that she may not even do anything and even ask for more money again and again

There’s nothing like express anymore, it’s now the same procedure as DIY. But you people still prefer the shortcut way.

The problem is more with applicants than with the immigration officials. Nigerians are far too desperate. Some of these immigration officials are not even as educated as the people they extort. But our people will not read and follow updates. Once they have money to pay, any other alternative is a long thing.

I think so; at the point of collection, they only needed to know the reference number and full name of the port I was looking for. Because of the volume of port they had to treat, it's a matter of listing to your name and you are handed the port if you signal that It is what you're looking for.

But, I'm not so sure if one exit with it Just like that, because at the point of activation the lady asked for my identity and checked it against the port I was collecting, coz I told her it was my wife's.

On reviewing the way things are at ikoyi, the system seamed very easy to get away with someone elses port. I hope that doesn't happen because it will be really heartbreaking.

They are from what I saw yesterday. Names for capturing were being called from a list based on your scheduled date one was asked to come for capturing and if you were not scheduled for a particular day u won't be attended to.

yes several times. It all depends on location. 26k for lagos, abuja and ph. 17,800 for other locations

Very sure of what i am sayin. U just need to squeeze ur face too and start early. Do not start when u need the port. But they have a desk for diy ppl. I must warn u- do not be moved by their face honestly. Again start early

Please I Want renew my port. What is the new guideline on that. Can one still pay cash at the Immigration office or online. who can update me from Ibadan Immigration Office. Have they started to receive new application.

Some people are heartless, especially in the south there, me just paid 24k and they were even telling me to be patient that I would soon be called in for verification. Didn't opt for DIY because I know they're not always happy about that, the official that has been calling me to give me update all these while I just gave him 5H on that day to drink water.
