bro am telling you authoritively that with 4.5 million naira, you can study in university in and usa i apllied for universities in both countries 2 years back and their representatives called me and gave me the breakdown. I would have screen shot the emails i received from then and send to you but i have hundreds of emails and i cant search for it. Just go to google now and type study in university in or USA and follow the procedure and apply with your phone number and email address and they will call you because that was what i did too 2 years back

Try Malta. It’s in Europe very small country but rich they are into man power jobs if you have strength to work with your muscle. Many companies in Europe built there head quarters in Malta. But as it stands now the only simple way you can travel now without visa restriction if package well is through study because you have not before I guess.
