Buhari met naira per dollar at N150-N180, how it has climbed to 480 shows how incompetent the APC government is. APC has ruined Nigeria.
Actually buhari met it at roughly 350 250.
The naira devaluation from 150 started at nearing the end of the Jonathan istration.

Good news for me that has dollar in my domiciliary . I will kuku leave the money there for now cool
My fear is that someday these people can put focus on Dom acct and place restrictions. What if one goes to bank to withdraw and they say no dollar or pounds?

Can any of the more intelligent and economic savvy ones here please explain how exchange rates work and why the naira to dollar rate was better during GEJ’s regime ?

Was it buhari’s policies that caused this ? Or some other factor ?

Yes you're right. CBN jacked up exchange rate to over 410 naira yesterday and this has destabilised everything in the forex market before close of business yesterday. Today's experience na wah

Even you know that's a lie, except you are just filled with ignorance. Then in that case you should either do your research before talking or just shut up.
