Please I purchased a smart wristband in January and haven't received it yet. There's no record of the package when I tracked it and I've been going to the post office since February to check if it has arrived with no avail. I then opened dispute as the seller recommended and the judgement was that "the tracking information shows that the package has arrived at your local post office and waited for your collection. We warmly suggest that you can the shipping company Customer Care Center and you will get this package as soon as possible. If the package not in good condition/ goods shortage, you are suggested go to 'Dispute Detail' -- Check 'Dispute Reason-- Click 'Update Reason' to update your reason for filing a dispute."

I still have time to appeal now. What else can I do to recover my money? Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

I don't know what happens to orders nobody turned up to collect (make this enquiry, base on AE reply), and is the post office where you have been receiving your orders? If no, could be in another post office.
Like i waited for an order in satellite town PO, turns out it was in Festac and i wasn't called or texted to come pick up.

From tracking, this item is yet to enter Nigeria.

No, it's the same info on AliExpress. I've also gone to the post office this morning, the postman said the same thing. Yet, they're not refunding me. I guess I don't have any other option?

It hasn't arrived Nigeria. If it has, the tracking will show arrived at destination country...... Accepted by last mile courier. It arrived at the transit country to Nigeria.

I have collected 27th arrival... If your item has this kind of update. You wont get it for sure. They wil claim its not in the country since it does not show Lagos Air

Oga. I don't know why it hasn't gotten to me yet and lexus just told me that his 27th april item has gotten to him already, peeking my curiosity. Besides, it's not a new thing to see an item get missing at the post office. So if i'm fretting, it hp is for a reason. No be the first time item dey lost for post office, so calm down.

I ordered a product on March 21 and another March 28 just checked and saw the March 28th failed delivery but the March 21st is till transporting at transit facility
