Hmmm. Dangote's refinery will fuel the entire country and still be enough for export. An oil rich nation, such as Nigeria, could not build a workable refinery that this One man is building. Instead they continue to waste resources on roads and airport construction that should have been completed in the 60's-70's. But then they were fighting Tribal and Political wars at the time. How much do we spend on subsidy now your darling dado is minister for petroleum? sometime ago someone said "some cabal would not let our refineries work?" and he was called all names?
